We have a great collection of mugs from 90ml espresso cups to a 1,300ml giant mug, available in different shapes and colours to match your event's theme. We also offer ceramic soup mugs, cups and saucers, coin boxes, plates, bowls, and glassware including single and double-walled mugs and shot glasses.

What materials are your mugs made of?

Accepted Answer

Our ceramic mugs are made from porcelain, stoneware, or synthetic bone china. Enamel mugs are made from stainless steel.

How do I design my own mug?

Accepted Answer

You can design your mugs using design tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (JPEG files require 300dpi resolution). You can send your artwork via email to sales@mymug.com.my or WhatsApp to +6012 6759622.

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Accepted Answer

Although our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe (except those printed with shining gold containing gold dust), handwashing with mild detergents is advisable.

What is the process for ordering a custom mug?

Choose your favourite mug from our website or catalogue. You can get an immediate quote by registering on our website at https://mymug.com.my/my-account/ or via WhatsApp within 30 minutes. Once agreed, we provide a digital mock-up based on your design.

Can I order mugs in bulk for events as corporate gifts?

Yes. You can order mugs for your event and receive them punctually.

Can I see a proof of my custom design before it's printed and how long does it take to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

With mock-up approval, we produce a pre-production sample within 3 working days. Mass production takes 7 working days without artwork changes. Free delivery is available within Klang Valley for orders above RM2,000; orders below RM2,000 can be collected from our Kepong office.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If an order must be cancelled, charges apply for processing completed up to receipt of written cancellation, submitted with proof of processing.

What is your return policy?

Should production items differ from your approved pre-production sample, we will replace, repair, or refund the affected items.

Can I get my order in 48 hours?

Accepted Answer

Orders under 200 pieces can be delivered within 48 hours using heatpress or sublimation mugs.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Accepted Answer

All mugs come with a batik gift box. Custom wrappers or gift boxes provided by clients can also be wrapped for an additional cost.

What are your environmental or sustainability practices?

Ceramic and glass mugs are made from clay and sand, making them reusable and significantly more sustainable than single-use disposable cups.

What is your policy on damaged or defective items?

Accepted Answer

Damaged items must be reported with clear photos. If damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace, repair, or refund the items at the quoted cost.

How do I care for my mug?

Accepted Answer

Hand wash with mild detergents and warm water when possible, avoid abrasive steel wool pads, handle carefully to prevent chipping, avoid prolonged soaking, prevent sudden thermal shock in microwaves/ovens, and use baking soda paste to gently remove stubborn stains.
