What is kiln-fired printing?
Kiln-fired printing is a permanent decoration method where the printed design is fired at high temperature so it bonds with the surface of the ceramic or glassware. This produces a much more durable print than ordinary stickers or surface printing.
Is it safe for dishwasher & microwave?
Yes. Our kiln-fired ceramic tableware is designed for normal microwave use and repeated dishwasher washing. The fired print is highly durable and suitable for everyday F&B use.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity starts from 50 pieces per design, depending on the product selected.
How long is the lead time?
Sampling normally takes around 3 working days after artwork confirmation. Production is generally 7–10 working days after sample approval, depending on quantity and product availability.
Can I see a sample before placing an order?
Yes. We can prepare an actual printed sample for your approval before proceeding with full production. Sampling charges may apply depending on the product and artwork.
