In 1991, MYMUG began with nothing more than a kitchen table, a first attempt at screen-printing decals, and a dream that felt far bigger than our circumstances.
We had no experience in the ceramic industry.
No large factory.
No major investment.
Only a small team of two people who believed that passion, persistence, and quality could build something meaningful.
What started as a humble experiment slowly became a journey of learning, improving, and never giving up. Every order fulfilled, every challenge overcome, and every satisfied customer gave us the confidence to keep moving forward.
As demand grew, so did we. We invested in localized production, advanced technologies, and state-of-the-art kilns to ensure every product carried the quality and reliability MYMUG stands for today.
More than 30 years later, MYMUG Malaysia has produced millions of ceramic mugs and tableware pieces for corporate brands, cafés, hotels, restaurants, and businesses throughout Malaysia and beyond.

5 – ARTWORK STUDIO – We offer artwork services to amend your existing artwork, add additional details or redraw your logo into a print-ready format.
6 – IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION – Production are based in-house from printing of decals to kiln firing to ensure consistent quality.
7 – PACKAGING – We provide individual gift packaging in corrugated boxes to prevent breakages and we are able to arrange for custom print packaging boxes when there is a need.
8 – PROMPT DELIVERY -Our standard delivery lead time is fixed in our quotation copy but you can always request for an earlier date if you need one.
9 – TRANSPORT: We charge a minimum transport charge for small orders but for bigger orders, our transport charges are free-of-charge.
10 – AFTER SALES-SERVICE – Our commitment to your order goes beyond our deliveries. We do not close your order until you have confirmed that our products received are satisfactory.
